1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: Until 12:00 PM
  • Please inform us in advance about your estimated arrival time.
  • Our reception is open 24/7 and our host or staff will be there to welcome you on arrival.

2. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Guests aged 18 and above are considered adults.

2.1 Extra Bed Policy

  • 0 years and up → Extra bed on request: IDR 300,000 per person, per night
  • No baby cots available.
  • All extra beds are subject to availability.
  • Charges for extra beds are not included in the total price — payment is made at the property.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the villa.
  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Service animals are also not accepted.

4. Payments 

  • We accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Government-issued photo ID and a valid credit or debit card may be required at check-in for incidentals.
  • Extra person charges may apply depending on the policy.

6. Breakfast

  • Type: Continental, Halal
  • Style: À la carte
  • Hours: Every day from 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Breakfast is not included unless you book a room with a breakfast package.
  • If you request breakfast without booking a breakfast-included room, it must be paid directly at the property.

7. Important Information

  • Seclusion Day (Nyepi):
    In accordance with Balinese regulations, guests must remain within the property for a 24-hour period starting from 6:00 AM on Nyepi Day (Balinese New Year, typically in March or April).
  • Check-in and check-out are not allowed on that day.
  • Ngurah Rai Airport will also be closed.
